7. Production & Shipping

Each Faithfully HUMBLE™ item is produced specifically for your order.

Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for production and shipping before your order arrives.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, carrier delays, or high order volume.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Please review our Return & Exchange Policy before placing an order.

In summary:

  • We accept size exchanges for eligible unworn items.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and the shipping cost for the replacement item.

  • Items must be returned in original condition.

  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
